Statement re issued share capital

The Company announced on 4 May 2010, that application had been made for 52,400,000 Insetco new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and these shares were admitted on 10 May 2010.

As set out in the earlier announcement on 30 April 2010 52,400,000 Insetco new ordinary shares were issued and allotted, comprising 18,000,000 Insetco new ordinary shares in respect of conversion of convertible loan stock and 34,400,000 through the exercise of warrants requiring the aggregate payment of GBP34,400 to the Company. There was no further capital raised by the issue of the new ordinary shares. As announced previously, the Company has sufficient working capital for its present requirements [and has no requirement or current intention to raise further capital].

Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company comprises 55,349,051 ordinary shares.
