Statement re Investment in Electra Private Equity plc

Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) B Limited (the "Company") notes that Electra Private Equity plc ("Electra"), has released to the market a TR-1 notification submitted to it by Sherborne Investors Management (Guernsey) LLC ("SIMG"), the investment manager of SIGB, LP, announcing that SIGB, LP holds an interest equivalent to 3,619,114 shares, or 10.24% of Electra. The interest is comprised of 1,897,266 ordinary shares and 1,721,848 non-voting total return swaps.

SIMG has separately advised the Company that, pursuant to its existing delegated authority from the general partner of SIGB, LP, it intends to monitor the risks and rewards of continued investment in Electra, compared to other investment opportunities available to the partnership, and, accordingly, may dispose of all or part of such interests or purchase additional interests in Electra at any time.

The Company is a limited partner in SIGB, LP. SIMG, as the regulated investment manager of SIGB, LP, directs the investment affairs of SIGB, LP at its sole discretion.
