Statement re: Investment in Electra

Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) B Limited (the "Company") announces that it has received a distribution from SIGB, LP, in which the Company is a limited partner, of shares in Electra Private Equity plc ("Electra"), further to Electra's own announcements regarding the realisation of its remaining assets.

The Company intends to onward distribute approximately 8,250,575 Electra shares in-specie to its shareholders as soon as practicable by way of a dividend (the "Dividend"). The Board expects to announce in the near future the Dividend record and payment dates.

In accordance with the Company's policy upon the disposition of a "Turnaround Investment", following the Dividend the Company intends to commence liquidation proceedings culminating in a final distribution to shareholders of any residual assets, the delisting of the Company's shares, and the dissolution of the Company. Any final distribution to shareholders of residual assets is presently expected to be de minimis.

The Company will update the market further as appropriate.
