GKN plc, the global engineering business that serves the automotive, aerospaceand land systems markets, will host a Capital Markets Day for research analystsand institutional investors on Tuesday 21 May 2013 commencing at 1400 BST inLondon. Nigel Stein, Chief Executive of GKN will host the meeting which willinclude other key members of GKN's Divisional Management teams.

The aim of the event is to give the audience a greater understanding of GKN'sfour Divisions and to highlight the two recent acquisitions in GKN Aerospaceand GKN Driveline. No forward looking financial information or trading updatewill be given.
