Follow- up notice to holders of WT Securities regarding reduction of Management Fee for WisdomTree Physical Bitcoin Securities

Further to the notice released on 10 November 2025, the Issuer hereby notifies holders of WT Securities that it proposes to extend the Management Fee waiver of the below-listed WT Securities (the "Affected Securities") for an additional period, up to and including 31 December 2026.

During this extended period, the Management Fee will continue to be 0.15% per annum. From and including 1 January 2027, the Management Fee will return to 0.25% per annum (the "Management Fee Reduction"):

Terms not defined herein have the same meaning given to them in the prospectuses for the Issuer dated 29 October 2025.
