In this context, Eurotunnel has put in place systems to allow it to organise theservice in response to customer needs. A network of Eurotunnel subsidiaries hasbeen established to enable the Group, via locally based teams and, in the caseof Germany and Italy, through new partnerships, to provide the personalisedservice customers demand.
