Statement re EGM and potential Open Offer

Further to the announcement of 13 October 2017, the Company will today hold an Extraordinary General Meeting at the offices of IAG offices, Regency Court, Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3RH at 11.00 a.m. (UK time).

Shareholders are hereby advised that, as the Company's board is now entirely UK based, the expense of holding the Company's General Meetings in Johannesburg is felt to be prohibitive (particularly given the Company's present cash position). Therefore, future General Meetings are likely to be held in Guernsey in accordance with the Company's articles, which prohibit them being held in the UK.

In view of the dilutive nature of the conditional placing announced on the 19 October 2017, the Directors' confirm their previously stated intention that shareholders will be given the opportunity to participate alongside new investors in an Open Offer (with an excess application facility) at the same price as the placing on terms to be announced in due course.
