Cubus Lux plc ("Cubus Lux" or the "Company") Dual Listing

The board announces that effective from 31 March 2008 the Company's shares will also be traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol FWK.

The Company's shares will continue to trade on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market under its existing ticker CBX.
