Director's Leave of Absence

 

AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive market, announces that with immediate effect, Tony Best, Non-executive Chairman, will be taking a leave of absence due to ill health.

The Board and all his colleagues wish Tony a swift and full recovery.

In Tony's absence, his Chairman's duties will be covered by Dick Elsy, Non-executive Director of the Company, and a further update will be made in due course.
