The Board of Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC announces that Sir Michael Peat has decided to resign as a Non-Executive Director, as from today, for personal reasons.
Sir Michael has made a significant contribution to the Board and to the Group and his resignation has been accepted with regret. The Board thanks Sir Michael for his service and wishes him well for the future.
