CONFIRMATION OF REDEMPTION OF NOTESANDCANCELLATION OF LISTING OF NOTES ON THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE

TAMI SENIOR SECURITISATION 2 LTD. (the " Issuer") hereby announces that it requests the delisting of the following notes (the "Notes") currently admitted to trading on the International Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange (the "LSE"):

The Notes will be redeemed in full and cancelled on 30 August 2024. Accordingly, the last day of dealings in the Notes on the LSE shall be 29 August 2024 and the cancellation of the listing and of trading in the Notes on the LSE is expected to take effect at or about 9:00 a.m. on 30 August 2024.

We kindly request your confirmation regarding the cancellation of the listing of the aforementioned Notes, effective from 30 August , at 9:00 am.
