£21,900,000 Class C Asset-Backed Floating Rate Notes due 2028 (XS2406633250) (the "Class C Notes")

and

£2,372,000 Class Z Asset-Backed Notes due 2028 (XS2406635032) (the "Class Z Notes")

issued by the Issuer (the "Notes")

Announcement of Delisting

The Issuer hereby wishes to announce that it has requested London Stock Exchange to remove the Notes detailed above from its Official List and from trading on its regulated market.
