Statement re: date of next IMS announcement

As advised in its 2011 interim results, Development Securities PLC has changed its accounting reference date, and hence extended the current period to the new reporting date of 29th February. Consequently, the Company is deferring the interim management statement for the current period to 10th January 2012, in order to give an update on the business for the calendar year 2011. In the meantime any material events and circumstances will be disclosed to the market in the normal manner.
