Statement re completion of acquisition

Acquisition Duncan Lawrie Asset Management Limited

("Duncan Lawrie Asset Management")

Further to the announcement made on 19 December 2016, Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC ("Brewin Dolphin") announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Brewin Dolphin Limited, completed the acquisition of the UK private client investment management business of Duncan Lawrie through the acquisition of Duncan Lawrie Asset Management yesterday.
