Diamond Bank: Change of Description for London-listed GDRs

Diamond Bank announces a change to the description used for its London-listed securities.

The relevant securities were previously described as:

DBG - DIAMOND BANK PLC GDR(EACH REPR 100 ORD SHS) Reg S

DBGA - DIAMOND BANK PLC GDR(EACH REPR 100 ORD SHS) (CCI)

The same securities will now be described as:

DBP - DIAMOND BANK PLC GDR(EACH REPR 100 ORD SHS)

DBPA - DIAMOND BANK PLC GDR(EACH REPR 100 ORD SHS) (CCI)

In addition, both securities are now available to trade in full on the International Order Book (IOB) of the London Stock Exchange.

The recent changes are designed to improve trading liquidity in the GDRs.
