Update re Cash Reserves

Further to the announcement made on 15 November 2013, the Board of Armstrong announces that two cheques tendered to settle the remaining £50,000 of the £500,000 deposit due from Mr Yoram Yossifoff were not honoured. Mr Yossifoff was ordered to pay £3,000 on account of costs by 28 November, which he has not done. Armstrong intends to initiate legal proceedings to recover the outstanding amount of £53,000 together with interest and associated costs.
