Statement re Capital Reduction

Impact Holdings (UK) plc ("Impact" or "The Company") Capital Reduction Effective Impact Holdings (UK) plc (AIM: IHUK) announces on 28 March 2014 the High Courtissued an order confirming the reduction of the Company's share capital (the"Capital Reduction"). Following registration of the Court order with CompaniesHouse, the Capital Reduction became effective on 28 March 2014. The proposed Capital Reduction was announced on 14 February 2014 and set out inthe Notice of General Meeting annexed to the circular of the Company posted toshareholders on the same date.
