High Court Approval of Cancellation of Share Premium Account and Capital Redemption Reserve
Further to the announcements of 6 August 2010 and 1 September 2010, the Company is pleased to announce that the High Court of Justice (the "Court") today approved the cancellation of the Company's share premium account and capital redemption reserve (the "Cancellation").
The Company registered the Court order approving the Cancellation and a statement of capital (approved by the Court) with the Registrar of Companies today and the Cancellation became effective on such registration.
