Further to its announcement on 3 December 2020, the Company announces that its agreement with Link Market Services Trustees Limited for the issue of depositary interests dated 16 March 2007 will terminate with effect from close of business (UK time) on 15 January 2021.
The Company further announces that admission to trading of the Company's shares on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange will be cancelled at 8.00am (UK time) on 16 January 2021.
