23 October 2006 GROUP 4 SECURICOR PLC BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London StockExchange for a block listing of 1,100,000 ordinary shares of 25p each to tradeon the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List uponissuance. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares ofGroup 4 Securicor plc.The shares under the block listing are to be issued as to 550,000 under theSecuricor Sharesave Scheme and as to 550,000 under the Securicor ExecutiveShare Option Scheme.
