BBA Group PLC27 September 2006 BBA Group plc27 September 2006 BRIAN TAYLORSON TO JOIN THE BOARD OF FIBERWEB BBA Group plc is pleased to announce that Brian Taylorson (50) has agreed tojoin the Board of Fiberweb as a non-executive director with effect from the dateof its proposed demerger from the BBA Group. Brian's intended appointment completes the Board of Fiberweb, which with effectfrom the demerger, will consist of six directors comprising a non-executiveChairman, two executive directors and three independent non-executive directors. Since April 2003, Brian Taylorson has been Finance Director of Elementis plc, aglobal specialty chemicals company. Prior to joining Elementis in April 2002Brian was Head of European Chemicals M&A at KPMG Corporate Finance. He joinedKPMG in 2000 from the Dow Chemical Company where he had held a number ofpositions in finance since 1983. Brian has an Engineering Degree from CambridgeUniversity and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Englandand Wales and a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
