Appointment of Interim CFO

Countryside Properties PLC (the "Company" or the "Group") announced on 29 June 2021 that Mike Scott, Group Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), had resigned in order to take up the role of Chief Financial Officer at Barratt Developments PLC. The Board has agreed that Mike's last day of service with the Company will be 30 November 2021. Tom Wright, Countryside's current Group Financial Controller and an experienced member of the Countryside financial team for 6 years, will assume the role of Interim CFO until a successor is selected.

The Group's preliminary financial results for the year ended 30 September 2021 will now be announced at 07.00 GMT on 30 November 2021 to align with the planned Capital Markets Event later on the same day.
