Further to the Trading & Results Update issued on 13 March, 2009, Newcourt Group plc ("Newcourt" or the "Group") announces that discussions with its principal bank in relation to the restructuring of the Group's outstanding debt are continuing. Until these discussions are completed, Newcourt will not be in a position to finalise the accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008 and to issue its final results for that period.
A further announcement will be made as soon as possible following conclusion of the discussions referred to above.
