1. An event that caused a one-off 10% drop in the issuer's net profit. The drop in net profit was caused by a technological accident at the P.S. Neporozhny Sayano-Shushenskaya HPP which is a RusHydro branch (drop in proceeds from the core business activity of the branch resulting in additional expenses for purchases of electric power (capacity) as well as additional expenditures on accident and restoration works and emergency response action).
2. The date of even that caused a one-off increase of over 10% in the Issuer's net profit or net losses - 30 October 2009.
