Statement in relation to court proceedings

Tullett Prebon notes that it has been named in court papers read out today at Westminster Magistrates' Court against former bank employee Tom Hayes concerning offences in connection with the manipulation of LIBOR. Tullett Prebon has not been informed by the FCA or any other regulatory authority or government agency that it or any of its brokers are under investigation in relation to LIBOR. Tullett Prebon has been asked to provide information to the FCA and other regulators and government agencies in connection with their enquiries in relation to LIBOR and is cooperating fully with these requests.
