Standard Life Investments Limited notified the Company on 11 March 2008 that as at 10 March 2008 it held voting rights in respect of 46,643,731 shares of Bodycote International plc representing 14.5% of the voting rights in Bodycote's issued share capital (previously 13.29% on 6 March 2008).
