Standard Life Investments Limited notified the Company on 16 March 2009 that as at 13 March 2009 it held voting rights in respect of 18,518,156 shares of Bodycote plc representing 9.89% of the voting rights in Bodycote's issued share capital (previously 10.97% on 12 February 2009).
