Standard Life Investments Limited notified the Company on 3 August 2010 that as at 2 August 2010 it held voting rights in respect of 17,681,397 of Bodycote plc representing 9.32% of the voting rights in Bodycote's issued share capital (previously 8.95% on 29 June 2010).
