Standard Life Investments Limited notified the Company on 30 June 2010 that as at 29 June 2010 it held voting rights in respect of 16,986,278 of Bodycote plc representing 8.95% of the voting rights in Bodycote's issued share capital (previously 9.19% on 25 February 2010).
