Subject to court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to the cash acquisition of Spirent Communications (UK, constituent) by Keysight Technologies Inc (non-constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:

Spirent Communications (UK, 0472609) will be deleted from the FTSE 250 Index.

International Personal Finance (UK, B1YKG04) will be added to the FTSE 250 Index and deleted from the FTSE SmallCap Index.

All changes effective from 16th October 2025.
