Special Meeting of the Class "C" Shareholders. Lack of quorum

On 20 March 2012, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that as of the expiration of the deadline to receive communications of assistance to the Special Meeting of the Class "C" shareholders to be held on first call on 26 March 2012, the Company had not received communications of assistance from any Class "C" Shareholders. For that reason, the meeting will not be held due to lack of quorum. Due to the failure of the first call, the meeting will be held on second call on 4 April 2012, as originally stated in the publication whereby the Company called such meeting.
