S&P Global Ratings raise credit rating

Arrow Global Group PLC (the "Group"), one of Europe's leading purchasers and managers of debt, is pleased to announce that its credit rating has been upgraded by S&P to BB- from B+. The issue rating on senior secured notes issued by Arrow Global Finance Plc has also been raised to BB from BB-.
