On 31 March 2025, Sovereign Housing Association Limited confirmed the completion of the final stage of its merger with Sovereign Network Homes, with a transfer of engagements pursuant to section 110 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 from Sovereign Network Homes to Sovereign Housing Association Limited.
On 1 April 2025, Sovereign Housing Association Limited confirmed the change of its registered name to Sovereign Network Group pursuant to section 13 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014
