23 April 2015 Clear Leisure plc ("Clear Leisure" or "the Company) SoSushi 2014 Financials The company is pleased to announce that the 2014 SoSushi financials have beenapproved by the SoSushi Shareholder AGM. Since the Company's acquisition of its 99.3% stake, SoSushi has beenrestructured and simplified. During the restructuring, which is still in progress, the best franchises havebeen re-signed with improved contract terms; others, without adequate qualitystandards, were terminated. SoSushi today comprises 5 franchises based on the new agreements and 4 innegotiation. SoSushi now has no directly owned restaurants in Italy, butreceives a monthly fee from an affiliated restaurant and from 2015, 4% of theyearly revenue of each franchise restaurant. The average annual sales of afranchise are about €300,000. The Company has started a program to open directly owned restaurants in themajor capitals in Eastern Europe (with attractive margins, economic growth andmuch lower costs). The first one has already been opened and operatingprofitably since January 2015. In 2014, SoSushi reported an income of €70,279, a profit of €45,077 and a netequity value of €698,608.
