Sophos completes acquisition of Invincea, Inc.

Further to the announcement on 8 February 2017, Sophos (LSE: SOPH), a leading provider of cloud-enabled enduser and network security solutions, announces that it has completed the acquisition of the commercial software products business of Invincea, Inc., a leading developer of patented advanced next-generation malware protection, on the terms stated in the initial announcement.
