SNOOZEBOX PORTABLE HOTEL TO BE A PERMANENT FEATURE AT ISLE OF MAN TT RACES

§ Government of the Isle of Man grants long-term planning permission to Snoozebox for the TT races

London, 27 February 2014: Snoozebox (AIM: ZZZ), the leading provider of portable hotel accommodation and services, today announces that it has been granted planning permission by the Isle of Man Government to build a 240 bedroom portable hotel for the TT races on the island on a permanent basis.

Snoozebox has established a strong presence on the island for the prestigious races starting back in 2012 with an 80 bedroom hotel and the Company will deploy a 160 bedroom hotel in May 2014. Regency Travel, the leading Isle of Man TT travel specialist, has partnered with Snoozebox to create exclusive packages for the TT. Packages for the 2014 event are almost sold out reflecting the popularity of the event.

Commenting on the news, Lorcán Ó Murchú, Chief Executive Officer, said, "The Isle of Man TT is a world class event and is growing every year. I am delighted that Snoozebox will be part of this signature event for the long term and look forward to bringing more visitors to the island for the TT and other events. The location of the hotel at the grandstand provides our guests with front row seats to the action, creating the ultimate event experience. Angela Byrne, Head of Tourism, Department of Economic Development, Government of the Isle of Man, added, "During the TT races, we deal with a huge increase in visitors - the population nearly doubles. It's great to have Snoozebox on board to provide us with such an innovative and flexible accommodation solution. And what better view to have during the race, than of the grandstand itself".

Snoozebox revenues in 2013 rose in all the sectors in which the Company currently operates, including in motorsport, when compared to the same period last year.

In 2014, Snoozebox will be deploying hotels at noteworthy events such as the Isle of Man TT, the British Grand Prix, Glastonbury, Download, Moto GP and the Ryder Cup amongst others.
