Sky Customers to Enjoy Ground Breaking 'Augmented TV' Through zeebox Partnership

British Sky Broadcasting Limited (Sky) and zeebox Limited (zeebox) today announced the entering of a commercial deal and Sky's acquisition of a minority equity stake in zeebox.

As part of the deal, Sky has entered into a shareholders agreement with zeebox and its existing shareholders pursuant to which it acquired a 10% stake in the capital of zeebox. zeebox remains an independent company.

Gross assets of zeebox subject to this transaction were £0.2 million.
