SKY ANNOUNCES PUBLICATION OF FINAL TERMS

The Final Terms dated 11 September 2014 relating to the issue by British Sky Broadcasting Group plc on 15 September 2014 of €1,000,000,000 2.5 per cent. guaranteed notes due 15 September 2026, and €1,500,000,000 1.5 per cent. guaranteed notes due 15 September 2021 (together, the "Notes") have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and are available for viewing.

The Notes have been issued pursuant to the base prospectus dated 5 September 2014 (the "Base Prospectus") in connection with the £10,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme") of British Sky Broadcasting Group plc and BSkyB Finance UK plc, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by British Sky Broadcasting Group plc, BSkyB Finance UK plc, British Sky Broadcasting Limited, Sky Subscribers Services Limited and Sky In-Home Service Limited.
