Site Visit - Thursday November 25th 2010

Ultra is today hosting a site visit for analysts and investors to its PMES business, part of the Group's Information & Power Systems division in Rugeley, Staffordshire.

A tour of the facility's defence and transit power systems operations will take place and attendees will be afforded the opportunity to meet with members of the operational management team before taking part in a Q&A session chaired by Rakesh Sharma, Ultra's Chief Operating Officer and Paul Dean, Group Finance Director..

No material new information will be disclosed during the day.
