UK Commercial Property Trust Limited, the UK's largest listed property investment trust, advised by Ignis Asset Management, will today host a site visit for analysts and investors to three of its properties in London: 176/202 Kensington High Street, Kew Retail Park in Richmond, and The Rotunda, Kingston.

The presentation will be available on the Company's web site (www.ukcpt.co.uk) from 13:00.

No material new information will be disclosed during the event and no update on current trading will be provided.
