Davis Service Group PLC09 May 2007 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 9 May 2007 THE DAVIS SERVICE GROUP PLC INVESTOR AND ANALYST SITE VISIT & MANAGEMENT APPOINTMENTS INVESTOR AND ANALYST SITE VISIT The Davis Service Group plc ("Davis"), the European textile maintenancebusiness, announces that it will host a site visit for investors and analysts inDenmark today and tomorrow. In its AGM statement, announced on 23 April 2007, Davis made the followingremarks: "Overall, we have started the year well and expect growth to accelerate in thesecond half. We believe we are on track to deliver a satisfactory outcome for2007, with the longer term prospects for the group showing some improvement onour previous expectations." During the site visit, no material new information will be provided and therewill be no further update on current trading. MANAGEMENT APPOINTMENTS Davis also announces the following appointments with effect from 1 July 2007: Christian Ellegaard Managing Director, Nordic RegionSteve Finch Managing Director, UK & Ireland RegionPeter Haveus Managing Director, Continent Region These appointments will join Roger Dye, Chief Executive, Kevin Quinn, FinanceDirector and David Lawler, Company Secretary on the newly formed Executive Boardfor Davis, which will in turn report to the Plc Board.
