SISTEMA HAS NO FURTHER OBLIGATIONS TO SIEMENS IN CONNECTION WITH THE 'LENINGRADSKY TOWERS' PROJECT
Sistema (LSE:SSA), the largest diversified public financial corporation in Russia and the CIS, which manages large companies operating in different industries, today announced that due to the termination of the Framework Investment Agreement between Sistema-Hals and Siemens AG signed in July 2003 to develop an office building complex in Moscow (Leningradsky Prospect, 39), since June 30, 2009 it will have no further obligations of any kind or nature in relation to Siemens AG arising under the Agreement, provided that Sistema-Hals complies with its payment obligations under the termination agreement.
