SCISYS PLC ('SCISYS' or the 'Company'), the supplier of bespoke software systems, IT based solutions and support services to the Media & Broadcast, Space, Government and Defence sectors, announces that as a result of the purchase of ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by the SCISYS PLC Share Incentive Plan (an HM Revenue & Customs approved all employee share purchase plan) on 15 December 2014 at a price per Ordinary Share of £0.90 the Directors below have the following interests:
