Spiritel PLC23 May 2005 For immediate release 23 May 2005 SPIRITEL PLC ("Spiritel" or "the Company") Signs Voice Termination Agreement Spiritel plc (AIM: STP), the telecommunications services business, is pleased toannounce that it has signed a voice call termination agreement with one of theUK's largest providers of telecoms and entertainment services to residential andbusiness customers throughout the UK. Spiritel, through its Expo Communications division, will provide the company,whose name is not being disclosed, with cost-effective mobile call terminationin the UK and across Europe. This latest agreement further diversifies Expo Communications' blue chipcustomer base, which already includes COLT, Level 3, Onetel, Your Communicationsand others.
