Investee Company Signs Content Agreement with Proactive Investors

Teathers Financial PLC, the AIM listed investment company, is pleased to announce that its wholly owned investee company, Teathers Financial Software Limited ('TFSL') has signed an agreement with Proactive Investors UK Limited ('Proactive Investors'), a leading multi-media news organisation, investor portal and events management business.

Under the terms of the agreement, TFSL's unique crowd equity App, which features an Investor Channel to provide its users with access to insightful information about listed companies and investment topics, will receive multimedia content from Proactive Investors. This content agreement has been delivered in line with the Company's strategy to enhance the users' experience by informing them about companies' business strategy and development in an easily digestible format.
