FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 9 November 2005 TIMESTRIP PLC ("Timestrip" or "the Company") Significant Shareholdings On 2 November 2005, the Company was given notice that, following theacquisitions of Timestrip ordinary shares (the "Shares"), the holdings describedbelow collectively equal 9,250,000 Shares, representing 3.25% of the Company'sissued share capital:Registered Shareholder Number of Shares Percentage Holding Acquired/Held HealthCor; LP 2,960,000 1.04 HealthCor Offshore, Ltd 6,290,000 2.21.
