Plant Health Care (AIM: PHC.L), a leading provider of natural products for plants and soil, has been notified that Boulder River Capital Corporation and an affiliate now have a total interest in 2,250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This holding represents approximately 5.02% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
