01 August 2013: The Company has been notified that as at 26 July 2013 Altshuler Shaham Group is interested in a total of 1,995,703 ordinary shares of no par value each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, which represents 18.62% of the total Ordinary Shares currently in issue, and that such shares are held as follows:
