Plant Health Care (AIM: PHC.L), a leading provider of natural products for plants and soil, has been notified today that, as at 14 May 2009, Gartmore Investment Limited had a total interest in 2,350,757 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This holding represents approximately 4.512% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
