The Company was informed on 12 August 2008 that on 6 August 2008 Capital Research and Management Company ("CRMC"), a US based investment adviser that manages The American Funds Group of mutual funds, holds the total voting rights attaching to 25,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 4.19% of the total voting rights in the Company.
